Human Acceptance Loop

The supervised loop in which a human accepts or rejects agent-produced work at the points that matter — human-on-the-loop, not autopilot.

Agentic engineering stays supervised: the human is the final authority on what ships. The human acceptance loop is the deliberate design of where that authority sits — which decisions an agent may own under policy, and which require a named human at the gate, with the evidence the agent must put in front of them.

Designed well, it spends scarce senior attention only where the spec genuinely cannot reach. Depth: Designing the Human Acceptance Loop: Where People Must Stay in the System as Agents Take Over the Build.
