Refund Policy

Retained from our earlier operations as a Shopify & WordPress studio. It applies specifically to purchases through our online store and to website-development engagements — not to our consultancy. The governing law for any engagement is set out in your order or statement of work; otherwise our general Terms & Conditions apply.

This policy sets out when Ivaaya Ltd provides a refund for online-store purchases and website-development projects, and how to claim one. We aim to resolve any concern with you directly before a refund is considered, so please contact us at hello@ivaaya.com first.

Scope

This policy applies to our online store and to websites and projects we own or manage. It does not apply to unaffiliated companies or to third-party providers we may contract with on your behalf.

Website, web and graphic design

  • Full refund if the project has not started or the initial design has not been approved.
  • Partial refund, proportional to work completed, if we fail to deliver after the design is approved.
  • No refund once the project is completed and delivered.

Logo and brochure design

  • Full refund if the project has not started or the design has not been approved.
  • Partial refund for a delivery failure after approval.
  • No refund after completion.

Web programming

  • Full refund if the project has not been initiated.
  • Partial refund for an incomplete project, assessed against the contract.

Dedicated hiring

  • Full refund if work has not begun.
  • Proportionate refund based on work completed.
  • No refund for services already provided.

When this policy does not apply

A refund is not available where a project could not be completed because the information we needed was not provided to us in good time.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project. We are not responsible for losses arising from services provided or not provided, or from delays, unless you cancel in writing.

Processing

  • Partial refunds are processed within 180 business days, via the original payment method.
  • Full refunds are processed within 50 business days, via the original payment method.
  • If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing takes time; if it is still missing, contact us.
