Store & Development Terms

Retained from our earlier operations as a Shopify & WordPress studio. It applies specifically to purchases through our online store and to website-development engagements — not to our consultancy. The governing law for any engagement is set out in your order or statement of work; otherwise our general Terms & Conditions apply.
These terms apply when you purchase through our online store or commission website development from Ivaaya Ltd. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ivaaya Ltd.
Online store terms
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the store, and you may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any third party’s rights. You may not transmit malicious code or interfere with the service. Breach may result in immediate termination of access.
General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. You understand that content (other than payment-card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks; payment-card information is always encrypted. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the service without our written permission.
Products and services
Products or services may be available in limited quantities and are subject to our Refund Policy. We have made reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but cannot guarantee that your display renders colours accurately. We may limit the sales of our products or services to any person, region or jurisdiction, and may discontinue any product at any time.
Pricing and modifications
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) without notice and without liability to you or any third party.
Billing and account information
We may refuse, limit or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete your order and contact you.
Payments
Where we take online payment, we use a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). Neither we nor the gateway store your card data on our servers; card data is encrypted to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) during processing and retained only as long as needed to complete the transaction. The gateway has its own terms and privacy policy, which we recommend you read.
Optional tools and third-party links
We may give you access to third-party tools "as is" without warranty or endorsement; any use is at your own risk. The service may also include third-party links and materials we do not control or evaluate, and we are not liable for them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated, the service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without representation, warranty or condition of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we and our directors, officers and employees are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.
Information you complete
When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, that information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
